Bali Krisna Service expects its nannies and babysitters to adhere to the following standards of care and service:

  • When I agree to babysit for a customers child/children, I agree to be responsible for the child/children. I will follow the instructions the clients give me (i.e rules, eating, bath, bedtime, etc). If I am unsure about how to do something (i.e. give medication, put the child to bed), I will not hesitate to call the client.
  • I will clean up/pick up after the children and myself making sure the house is in the same condition as when I arrived.
  • I will be honest with the clients as to how the children behaved.
  • I will be respectful toward the customer through all I say and do.
  • I will not fall asleep whilst on duty.
  • I will ask the client upon arrival if they would like me to answer the phone.
  • I not only agree to be responsible but I agree to care and keep the child/children safe to the best of my abilities.

  • If a problem occurs I will contact the parents/carers as soon as possible and then contact Bali Krisna Service.
  • I agree to keep all the customers personal information private and not share it with others.
  • If something is broken or damaged while I am babysitting, I will notify the parents upon arrival.
  • If I break something by accident I will not be responsible to cover the cost of the damage.
